"Dear Mr. Hall, My husband & I recently purchased a used Subaru from Schaumburg Audi and wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had from start to finish with our salesman, Mr. Patrick Mousfi.

We'd located the car online and drove down (from Madison, WI) on Saturday, August 28. We were taken for a test drive by Mr. Mousfi, who demonstrated and discussed features of the vehicle. He then offered my husband the opportunity to drive the car himself. My husband declined, but Mr. Mousfi, in a very diplomatic and gracious fashion, explained why it was important for him to do so -- which made perfect sense. We were impressed with the car, and with Mr. Mousfi's warmth and professionalism.

After our test drive, it was apparent to us that we would purchase the car, so we sat down with Mr. Mousfi to take care of the business details. He offered us coffee while he took care of paperwork, and again, we were struck by his personable nature combined with his evident skill. We were not able to drive the car home that day so asked to return several days later to collect it, and everything was arranged smoothly on our behalf.

My husband is an emergency physician (and I also have worked in a medical clinic before medical problems led to my early retirement), so we both have experience working with, and supervising, a variety of people. I asked Mr. Mousfi for your email address since I realize that you aren't always aware how your sales force interact with customers in your absence. We simply wanted to let you know how very impressed we were with Mr. Mousfi in every respect.

Finally, Mr. Mousfi very appropriately asked us to let any friends and family who might be looking for a vehicle know of our positive experience with Schaumburg Audi, and we certainly intend to do so. "
